How do we cancel our booking?
1. Please firstly refer to our Site’s CANCELLATIONS page.
2. Please send an email to us at "email@example.com" giving at least 48 hours notice. Refunds may not be possible if this limitation and some other terms are not met, as per point 1 just above. You will have to receive an email acknowledgment as a response to your cancellation email in order to confirm that your booking has been truly cancelled.
